STEP 01 · NORTH STAR
Before you decide anything, decide what you're deciding for.
A North Star isn't a goal. It's the direction every good decision quietly points toward.
Goals get met and then get replaced. A North Star stays. It's the version of your life, your work, your relationships you're quietly building toward, whether or not anyone else can see it yet.
Naming it is uncomfortable. Once you say it out loud, some things you're currently doing stop making sense. That discomfort is the point. It's the first honest signal about where your energy actually belongs.
You don't need the perfect words. You need one sentence you'd be willing to run a decision through today.
