You've done the hard work of getting clear. You can name it in a sentence. And yet the daily decisions still feel heavier than they should.
Knowing what you want isn't the same as knowing how to make decisions that move you toward it. Vision is not a system.
The gap between where you are and where you're going closes one decision at a time. Which meeting to take. Which project to say no to. Which opportunity is the right shape, at the wrong time.
The people who reach the thing they said they wanted usually aren't more talented. They just have a repeatable way of choosing. Same North Star. Same trade-offs. Same litmus test. Applied a hundred small times.
